MyGlimpse is made by a small studio, which cuts both ways: no call center, but the person answering wrote the code. Email is the fastest route.
[ 01 ] before you write
The three answers that solve most emails.
- I got a new phone
- Your vault lives on the old device, nowhere else. Export it there (Settings → Export vault, password-protected file), move the file however you like, then Restore on the new phone. No account to transfer, because there is no account.
- A share link won't open
- Links open once, then burn; unopened ones expire within 24 hours. If it says the secret is gone, that is the feature working. Ask the sender for a fresh link, and make sure the whole link was copied, including everything after the #.
- I forgot my passphrase
- Biometric unlock keeps working on the same phone. To recover on a new one you need your 24-word recovery code or an export file. Without either, nobody can help, including us: we never had your keys. That is the deal.
